I manage IT for our organization and handle the disposition side of every hardware refresh, which historically has meant a lot of follow-up and mediocre recovery on assets. ARCOA was a noticeably better experience. Scheduling the pickup was straightforward and they showed up when they said they would. Device handling and tracking through their process was well managed — I always knew where things stood.
