An absolute game-changer for managing a hostel
I’m the Managing Partner of a hostel in Mission Beach in San Diego, and after around four months of using the platform, I genuinely cannot imagine running my hostel without Skorops. It has made my team so much more efficient and I'll tell you why!
The checklist system is the stuff of dreams for a manager. I’m a huge checklist person, and being able to build, edit and continually improve detailed task lists that my team can access directly on their phones has transformed the way we operate. I can include specific instructions, add notes and fine-tune even the smallest details to ensure everything gets done to the standard I expect. The scheduling system is another really useful feature. Having everything available online makes it easy for the team to access their schedules, and being able to see assigned working hours at a glance is incredibly helpful. I also love the recurring manager tasks, which ensure that weekly and fortnightly responsibilities don’t get forgotten amid the day-to-day demands of running a busy hostel.
There are plenty of other useful features, but the real value is how everything works together. Skorops helps me be a better manager, makes my team more effective and ensures a much higher level of consistency and attention to detail across the hostel.
Honestly, it is by far the most useful management tool I use to run my operation. It’s worth every penny, and I’m genuinely grateful to the team behind it for creating something that makes such a meaningful difference to my day-to-day work.

Skorops has made my life so much easier
My name is Charles. I am the manager at Santa Barbara Surf Hostel in California. For quite a while, we have been doing things the old-fashioned way on Google sheets. The inefficiencies were starting to catch up in the output of work.
