Experience With RankScore, Appmammoth website and software— Buyers Should Exercise Caution The posting of this review is based on our experience and the documentation we have retained during Rankscore subscription through their website AppMammoth. We purchased RankScore through AppMammoth on July 20, and paid through PayPal. After payment, we did not receive any plugin/link for approximately two weeks. Because the product was not delivered as expected, we requested a refund through PayPal. A link was subsequently provided, but it did not work for us for approximately three additional weeks. We repeatedly contacted support by email and through the chatbot in an effort to resolve the problem to no avail. During this week np ne communication, a chatbot answered but no solution was provided with their issues with Rankscore. Our experience became significantly more concerning when we had a telephone interaction involving a person identifying himself as Sam Frost, who started shouting and cursing just as the call started. During that conversation, statements were made that we perceived as threatening, including references to publishing negative or damaging information about our business. We recorded the conversation along with the calling number with area code (727-xxx-xxxx), south Tampa area and have provided the recording and related communications to our attorney for review and appropriate action. We have also preserved our payment records, emails, chat communications, screenshots, and other documentation relating to the transaction. Subsequently our staff reviewed RankScore's Trustpilot reviews and found that our experience was not unique. Several reviewers describe difficulties obtaining refunds, lengthy delays, repeated follow-ups, and ultimately having to pursue chargebacks. For example, recent reviews on Trust pilot shows numerous negative reviews about Rankscore and their refund practices. Many use a reported that Rankscore staff will not refund money till the banks got involved and forced the refunds regardless of the refund promises to various clients. Based on our own experience, we would strongly advise potential customers to investigate the Rankscore and Appmammoth company and websites carefully before sending money. If you purchase the product, keep copies of the advertising, payment confirmation, promised refund terms, delivery communications, support conversations, and all correspondence concerning any refund request. Our concern is not simply that software failed to work as promised by Rankscore & AppMammoth, It is the combination of delayed delivery, a non-working link, difficulty obtaining a refund, and the nature of the subsequent communication threats that has caused us serious concern.
